Booking Instructions:
l The lease period is based on 30 days (nights).
l Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 30 days will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
l Payment method: Full payment is required on the day of signing the contract.
l Cleaning service: Once every two weeks; fixed cleaning service is provided from Sunday to Saturday.
l Additional cleaning service: NT$500 per service.
l Change of occupants: Occupants cannot be changed (basic information of occupants must be provided).
l The rental price includes a 10% service fee and 5% tax.
l Parking space for monthly rental: One parking space is provided per room.
l Toiletries are not provided.
l Free use of 2nd-floor public areas (excluding massage room). Additional charges apply for visitors who wish to use public facilities.
Service Items:
l Taxi booking service.
l Parcel delivery acceptance service: Excludes frozen or refrigerated food items. Please inform the hotel staff in advance if parcel delivery service is needed. The hotel reserves the right to refuse acceptance of parcels without prior notification.
l For parcels with cash on delivery payment, please pay the amount in advance at the front desk. The hotel does not provide cash advance services. Parcels without prepayment will be refused.
l All room types are based on the number of occupants specified for each room type. Extra beds are not available.
l The hotel is for accommodation use only, and tenants are not allowed to change the intended use.
l In the event of damage to hotel room facilities deemed to be caused by human factors, compensation will be required at the assessed value.
l Cooking and indoor renovation (or any other permanent alteration to the original room design) are prohibited.
l Pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms (guide dogs are exempted).
l In accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act of Taiwan, smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and public areas. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee ranging from NT$6,000 to NT$10,000.
I Illegal activities or storage of explosive or flammable items in the rented rooms are strictly prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the lease agreement prematurely without refunding any contract fees if such activities persist despite warnings.
