Wanggaoliao Night View Park
Also known as "Wangtiankan," it is the highest point on the Dadu Plateau, characterized by a large cliff. From here, you can overlook the Taichung Harbor area, the flatlands south of the Dadu River in Changhua, and the Taichung city area. At night, you can even see the million-dollar night scenes of these three areas. Due to its topographical advantage, Wanggaoliao has become the best spot for watching sunsets and stargazing.

Huangxi Academy
It is the oldest surviving building in Dadu District, Taichung, and the only existing academy in Taichung City, now designated as a city-level historic site. Built during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, it has stood for over 130 years. Renowned for its exquisite brickwork carvings, it represents one of the most outstanding examples of educational architecture from the late Qing Dynasty. Guided tours are available for groups of 10 people or more.

Zhuifen Station
Designated as a historic site by the Taichung City Government, it is a third-class station on the Taiwan Railways. It only serves local trains and some additional local express trains. Wuri Zhi Gao Zun Walking Trail
A 20-minute walk will take you to the Zhigaozun Trail, which is paved with railroad ties. The trail runs along the irrigation channel and is about 6 kilometers round trip, with an elevation gain of only 80 meters. It takes about 2-3 hours to complete the trail without much physical effort, and along the way, you can enjoy views of the Wu River.

Wu River Tofu Rocks

Taichung International Exhibition Center
Located in Wuri District, Taichung City, the exhibition hall is near the High-Speed Rail, Taiwan Railways, and Taichung MRT Green Line. The venue can accommodate 1100 booths, making it the largest and most comprehensive exhibition venue in Taichung. There are often temporary exhibitions on weekends, and you can check the exhibition schedule on the official website.

Jukuiju Hustorical site
Designated as a city monument in Taichung City, this structure was built during the Japanese colonial period between 1930 and 1940. It was the private residence of the wealthiest local businessman, Mr. Chen Shaozong. The exterior is a blend of Baroque Western-style architecture and traditional Chinese courtyard architecture, making it a favorite spot for wedding photoshoots. There are simple group DIY crafting experiences available, as well as opportunities to wear traditional Chinese qipao and Japanese kimono.

Rainbow Village
Selected by the renowned travel magazine Lonely Planet as one of the "World's Secret Wonders," this village offers free painting of personalized blessing cards, allowing visitors to become part of the Rainbow Village artist community. The park is open for free visits. It can be reached within 30 minutes by taking a bus from Urai Pur Lodge.

Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Corporation Wuri Brewery
The production site for the "Gold Medal Taiwan Beer" series. The nearby Guanghua Street has been renovated into a beer tourism street, offering various beer-related food and branded merchandise. A beer festival is held every May, accompanied by fine brews and music, creating a lively carnival atmosphere.

Taiwan High Speed Rail Taichung Station
The Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR) Taichung Station, also known as the THSR Wuri Station, is located in Wuri District, Taichung City, Taiwan. It serves as a station on the Taiwan High Speed Rail network, situated in the central part of the entire line and is the second largest station in terms of passenger volume along the entire line. It takes about 8 minutes by car to reach Wuri PuStay from the station.

Changhua Roundhouse
As Taiwan's only preserved dynamic roundhouse, this national monument dates back to the Japanese colonial period. The structure, centered around a turntable, features twelve radiating tracks forming a semicircular arc-shaped garage.
Visitors can enter and tour for free by registering at the entrance guardroom. Groups of ten or more can apply for a guided tour at least 14 days in advance.
