환경 정책

Purely Concept은 정부의 숙박 시설 환경 보호 정책에 따라
2024년 3월 1일부로 객실 내에서 물을 포함한 일회용 품목을 적극적으로 제공하지 않을 것입니다. 그러나 위생상의 이유로 객실 내에 종이 슬리퍼와 수건은  계속해서 제공될 예정입니다. 
일회용품이 필요하시면 프론트 데스크에서 언제든지 요청하십시오.  Purely Concept과 함께 환경을 보호하기 위해 협력해  주셔서 감사합니다.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: After 3:00 PM

  • Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM

  • The front desk is available 24 hours for check-in and check-out services.

  • Luggage Storage: Complimentary service available before check-in and after check-out.

  • Early Check-in / Late Check-out: NT$500 per hour (charged as a full hour even if under 60 minutes); subject to availability and not guaranteed.

  • Identification Required: Upon check-in, please provide your booking reference number and present your physical passport for verification. Please note that digital photos or photocopies of your passport on mobile phones will not be accepted. If valid identification cannot be provided, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in without a refund.

  • Room Type & Floor Assignment: Photos are for reference only. Actual layout and floor are subject to availability and may not be specified in advance.

 

Payment Methods

  • Accommodation fees can be paid in full via online credit card payment at the time of booking, or upon check-in at the front desk using cash or a credit card. If you have any questions regarding the use of gift vouchers or payment methods, please feel free to contact our front desk staff at any time.

 

Parking

  • Indoor flat parking is available; maximum vehicle height: 2 meters

  • One parking space per room; first come, first served. Reservations are not available.

  • Villa Garage Size: Length 4m × Width 3.5m × Height 2.5m

  • Free Parking Period: From 2:00 PM on the check-in day to 12:00 PM on the check-out day

Guestroom Policies

  • No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces. A cleaning fee of NT$10,000 will be charged for violations.

  • Extra Person Charges:

    • Children aged 0–6 : Stays free of charge(maximum of 2 children per room sharing existing bedding).

    • Children aged 7 and above: NT$1,200 per night.

      The above fee includes: 1 pillow, 1 blanket, 1 welcome gift, 1 set of towels, and 1 pair of paper slippers.

      Kindly Note: For children who stay for free without an extra bed, additional amenities and bedding will not be provided in the room.

  • Facilities & Environmental Policy:

    • To support sustainability, linens (sheets, duvets, pillowcases) will not be changed daily unless requested.

    • No extra beds or bed type changes are provided.

    • Use of high-powered electrical appliances not provided by the hotel is prohibited.

    • For safety, do not wear provided paper slippers in bathrooms or on wet surfaces.

  • Room Amenities Request Policy

    • To promote environmental sustainability and maintain our service quality, additional room amenities are subject to the following guidelines:

    • Towels & Slippers: Each room may request up to one additional set (towel and slippers) free of charge.

    • Blankets: Each room may request up to one additional blanket free of charge. Due to limited availability, please inform us or make a reservation in advance; on-site requests will be subject to availability.

    • Pillows: All rooms are standardly equipped with two pillows per person. To ensure optimal comfort and space on the bed, we do not provide additional pillows.

  • Damages: Guests are responsible for damages caused by personal actions and will be charged accordingly.

Other Policies

  • Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed (guide dogs are welcome).

  • Safety & Environmental Measures:

    • Disposable tableware and sharp tools (e.g., fruit knives, box cutters, lighters) are not provided.

    • Illegal activities or inappropriate behavior (e.g., drug use, gambling) are strictly prohibited.

  • Visitor Policy: No visitors are allowed after 10:00 PM. Please maintain a quiet environment.

  • Bicycle Storage: Please inform the front desk in advance for designated storage space. Bicycles must be boxed or bagged if brought into rooms.

  • Parcel Handling: Only free-of-charge parcels delivered during your stay will be accepted. Prior notice to the front desk is required.

  • Baby Equipment Rental: Baby cots, bathtubs, bed rails, and bottle sterilizers are available in limited quantities. Please reserve in advance.
